IT North Star was founded on years of hands-on experience across technical support, security operations, and enterprise device management.

My background spans infrastructure support, cybersecurity monitoring, incident response, Microsoft ecosystem management, and large-scale device oversight. From frontline technical troubleshooting to Tier 3 escalation and security investigations, I’ve worked at every layer of the technology stack.
